Decidedly, the graphics cards from the 60 series are the ones that have come down in price the fastest. All models in the series saw their prices drop below MSRP shortly after launch. The RTX 4060 Ti 16GB is no exception. It’s already priced at €519 in Germany!
RTX 4060 Ti 16 GB: the card already below MSRP in Germany!
Like all other 4060s, this 16 GB Ti version is now below its MSRP. And as usual, it’s MindFactory who’s in for a treat, offering MSI’s Ventus 3X version for €519. As a reminder, the European MSRP is around €539 incl. VAT.
In itself, the price drop is not very significant: €20. However, it’s the reason for it that’s interesting: the card isn’t convincing. So, despite this price, the store claims to have sold just under fifty 4060 Ti 16 GB. At least, that’s what we find when we add up the sales of each model listed on the site.
There’s no need to dwell on the reasons for this fiasco, as they’re already well known. Between the lack of coverage at launch, the practically unreasonable price and the card’s characteristics, we know why nobody wants it!
