The motherboard BIOS:

As far as the BIOS is concerned, at first glance we might be a little confused, because if we’re used to Asus BIOS but from the ROG series, here we feel like we’re going back twenty years in terms of design. But don’t panic: after a quick glance, it’s easy to find your way around, even if some of the options are Xeon-specific.

Before getting started, we’d like to remind you that it’s essential to regularly update your BIOS, even on this type of motherboard. What’s more, the Asus team offered me several BIOS, so it would be a shame not to take advantage. You can also save your BIOS or profiles on a USB key. This will enable you to reload them after updating your BIOS, should you decide to keep certain profiles, notably those dedicated to CPU or memory overclocking.
