DDR5 sodimm Kingston Fury Impact 5600 Mt/s

The kit we’re presenting today consists of two RAM sticks in sodimm format. Each side features 8 chips arranged one on top of the other, with the PMIC in the center, also on two sides.

As can be seen below, the chips are manufactured by SK Hynix. The chips are good quality A-die chips from batch 246A.

We’ve noticed that all A-die kits have chips with different AXXX numbers. We’ve seen A214, A216, A224 and now 246A, which correspond to manufacturing batches. The chips are identified as Adie following the line of characters below the brand logo. Here, we have an identification ending in “AGB0” with the “A” indicating that we are on A-die chips.

These chips have very interesting overclocking potential, as they don’t require high voltages and can reach very high frequencies. It will therefore be worth checking their overclocking capabilities on notebook PCs at low voltages.
