DDR5 support AGESA 1.0.0.7C

For the record, AMD recently released its AGESA 1.0.0.7B firmware. This enabled a quantum leap in high memory frequency support with an AM5 motherboard and a Ryzen 7000. We’ve seen a succession of OC records with RAM running at 9000 MT/s and then 9108 MT/s.
