Announced during the CES the Ceres 500 case from Thermaltake is about to receive its first accessories. We think in particular of the small LCD display that can be installed on the side of the power supply cover. Indeed, the brand announces that its display will be available for purchase from March 16th.
Ceres 500 : Thermaltake announces the LCD screen for its case !
If you wish, you will be able to upgrade your Ceres 500 case with a small 3.9″ LCD display from March 16th. The latter offers a resolution of 480×128 pixels and will allow you to highlight various things. Thus, via the TT RGB Plus 2.0 software, you will be able to display various information related to your system. Similarly, the display of .gif or .jpeg is possible as well as the weather for example.
To take advantage of this screen, you will have to connect it to your system. The operation is not very complicated since the connection is made via a USB 2.0 header for the motherboard. On the screen, we have a micro-USB connector.
The installation of this small display is done at the level of the power supply cover, at the bottom, on the left of the case. If your PC is on your desk, you can easily enjoy it.
Now, all that remains is the price of… $99,99 to add to the 195 €, 200 € of the case, it is not given.
