Ceres 500 TG : new series for Thermaltake!

Thermaltake Ceres 500 TGWith this case, the brand announces a reference with rather imposing dimensions. This model displays 245 (W) x 507.7 (D) x 525 (H) mm and on the weight side, we have 10.5 kg. On the other hand, the weight is to be relativized when we consider the construction entirely in steel.

Inside, we have room for a motherboard up toE-ATX in 13″ width. Via the seven vertically adjustable expansion slots, we can install a 395 mm graphics card with a front heatsink. The CPU fans are not to complain 185 mm free, ditto for the power supplies with 220 mm.

The storage slots are present in good number. We have the right to three 3.5″ boards that can each accommodate up to two 2.5″ units. Otherwise, a hard disk cage is present at the bottom with two 3.5″/2.5″ compatible baskets.

For cooling, we can integrate up to seven fans in 120/140 mm. And for the watercooling, we have a double compatibility in 360 mm in the top and in the front. We can even install a large 420 mm model in the front if we wish!

Otherwise, we will retain the presence of a quick opening system of the glass panel, especially since it is mounted on a hinge. Also, Thermaltake provides new fans with this case, the CT140 aRGB, and they come in sufficient number: four. And if you want, after buying a riser, you can mount the graphics card vertically and even install an LCD display on the side of the power supply cover.

The only thing left to talk about is the price of $169.99 for the black and white versions, which is quite high after all.
