The results of the survey on the hardware used by gamers on Steam have just been released. For the month of April, it turns out that the most popular graphics card is no longer the RTX 3060… But an old card, the GTX 1650!

The GTX 1650 becomes the most used card on Steam in April!

Of course, we will be told that Steam surveys are not reliable, yada yada… It’s true that between people who refuse to give their information and the detection problems of some hardware, the figures are not necessarily reliable. But that doesn’t change the fact that it’s a funny information and it doesn’t eat bread.

GTX 1650 Steam survey

BRIEF… The results of the survey conducted by the platform show that there have been quite a few changes regarding graphics cards. For March we saw that the RTX 3060 was the most used card on the Valve platform. In fact, it was a model present in 10.44% of machines. In April, the figure drops dramatically -6.01%.

This model leaves the lead to the GTX 1650 which registers a nice +2.15% and is present in 6.19% of machines. In second place, we have the GTX 1060 present in 4.99% of PCs. Finally, if we believe the figures published by Valve, the ranking still does not show RTX 40, nor Intel Arc. As for AMD cards, they are present in 1.99% of machines under the name AMD RADEON Graphics, a generic name that means everything and nothing.
