Silverstone’s KL07E is a new case for PC components. It’s all about silence, thanks to the use of insulating foams on all the case’s panels.

KL07E: sound insulation on the case!

Silverstone KL07E

Silverstone’s new KL07E is a reference in soundproofing. It features an asphalt coating on the side panels and front panel. When your machine goes off, the sound will be muffled, thus reducing noise pollution.

Otherwise, the case features a velcro-based cable clamping system. Unlike nylon collars, these will be reusable.

For the rest, we’re dealing with a classic model in medium-tower format. It measures 222 (W) x 467 (D) x 510 (H) mm and weighs 9.23 kg. Inside, there’s room for an ATX motherboard and a 388 mm graphics card. The CPU cooler can measure up to 170 mm, while 360 mm watercooling radiators can be installed on the front. Finally, on the storage side, we have three 3.5″/2.5″ baskets followed by three 2.5″ slots.

As for price, it’s hard to say exactly how much we’ll be paying, as we don’t yet know.
