With this new driver, NVIDIA highlights support forAlan Wake II, which runs… Not exactly top-notch, according to our testers. Even NVIDIA’s own marketing is claiming crazy framerates … But only with DLSS 3.5 enabled. In rasterization, it’s not worth it, especially with ray tracing enabled, another tech pushed by the chameleon!
In addition, Ghostrunner 2 will be supported.
The patching part will be reduced to a trickle. Indeed, the company only offers a fix that corrects overexposed colors on the desktop after closing a VR application [4171604].
Otherwise, there aren’t many known issues left to deal with, which is something you can’t deny with NVIDIA, problems never really go unpatched for long. But there are still the concerns of :
- Significant performance drops observed on Halo Infinite on Maxwell GPUs [4052711].
- A new NVIDIA icon is created in the status bar each time a user changes on Windows [4251314].
