Gaming performance 2160p:

Let’s move on to the 2160p definition which should be the one used by most owners of high-end graphics cards, provided of course that you have a 4K compatible screen. As a reminder, we tested the 1080p definition since it allows us to highlight the differences between the different processors.

So we performed the same series of tests using the same graphics settings on the same series of games. We won’t offer you each graphic independently since the two performance summaries will be sufficient. Let’s start directly with the ROG RTX 4090 Strix OC.

As you would expect, the gaps are narrowing considerably and our three processors are almost equal in this definition. Now you can see why we had to go to 1080p in order to highlight the differences.

And when we combine these processors with an AMD card, it is finally our i9-13900KS that comes out the best, well okay, by a hair. So if you have a high-end AMD card, you can choose the cheapest processor of the three.
