A year after Noctua‘s initial announcement at Computex 2025, it was at the same venue that the brand announced the imminent arrival on the market of its first all-in-one liquid cooling series, christened NL-LC1. The range will be available from June 16, 2026, with three radiator formats: 240 mm, 360 mm and 420 mm. Announced prices are 219.90 euros for the 240 mm model, 249.90 euros for the 360 mm and 279.90 euros for the 420 mm. An additional fan for VRMs, named NL-ACF1, will be offered separately at 19.90 euros.

Noctua: a range including 3 AIOs

The launch was originally scheduled for the first quarter of this year, but this was not to be, due to a quality problem in the manufacture of the vibration dampers integrated into the pump unit. Noctua has therefore arrived late on the AIO market, but with its usual obsession: making less noise and better filtering vibrations. The NL-LC1 range is not a design developed entirely in-house by Noctua.
The technical basis is based on the current Asetek Emma (G8) V2 platform. Noctua accepts this choice, and explains that it chose a base already recognized for its performance and reliability. The brand then focused its efforts on targeted improvements, notably to acoustics, the pump, fans and mounting.

The biggest job concerns the pump/block assembly. Noctua has modified the standard Asetek pump cover with a solution called NL-PNA1, for Pump Noise Absorber. This cover combines a three-layer acoustic insulation with an integrated mass damper. The aim is to reduce pump vibrations and make operating noise lower and more pleasant. According to Noctua, the result must be measurable and audible in the face of competing AIO solutions.

The pump offers three operating profiles: Quiet, Balanced and Manual.
In all cases, the minimum speed is 750 rpm, i.e. 20% PWM.
In Quiet mode, the range is 750 to 2,100 rpm.
In Balanced mode, it rises from 750 to 2,600 rpm.
In Manual mode, it reaches 750 to 3,400 rpm.
Above 45°C liquid temperature, the pump can take over for safety reasons.

Naturally, the fans used come from the company. Please note, however, that versions vary according to radiator size.
The NL-LC1-24 model is fitted with 2 × NF-A12x25 G2.
Model NL-LC1-36 comes with 3 × NF-A12x25 G2.
The NL-LC1-42 model switches to 3 × NF-A14x25 G2.
Noctua specifies that the fans do not rotate at exactly the same speed, in order to limit resonance and parasitic noise.

We look forward to bringing you a review of these AIOs. But we’ll have more to share with you from Noctua in the coming hours.
