Chinese graphics card manufacturer Moore Threads has just announced a new graphics card. The card in question is aimed at the entry-level sector. In short, the MTT S30!

MTT S30: a card to replace an iGPU, no more!

Moore Threads MTT S30As you can see, Moore Threads’ latest board is an ultra-compact model. It comes in single-slot format, with a half-height PCB. Otherwise, as you can see, the cooling system is a simple machined aluminum block cooled by a small axial fan.

In terms of specifications, the GPU is very small, with 1024 musa cores running at 1300 MHz. In terms of raw performance, the datasheet mentions only 2.6 TFLOP in FP32. Finally, the card benefits from 4 GB GDDR6 VRAM. However, it uses the same 128-bit memory interface as an RTX 4060.

Last but not least, the card features a PCIe 4.0 x8 interface and no auxiliary power connector. At the same time, with a TDP of just 40W, the power supply passes through the motherboard’s PCIe slot all by itself. As for video outputs, we find one HDMI and one VGA. Support for 4K at 60 Hz is provided by the HDMI output.
