In this period of new graphics card launches, the FSP brand releases a small communiqué. The company has announced that its power supplies are now ready for RTX 40 Super!

FSP: the brand’s power supplies are ready for action!

FSP RTX 40 SuperIn a nutshell, we learn that the company is updating its power supplies so as to be able to serenely power NVIDIA’s new graphics cards. We’re talking, of course, about the RTX 4070 Super, RTX 4070 Ti Super and the future RTX 4080 Super. As a reminder, these cards are increasingly abandoning PCIe in favor of 12VHPWR or 12V-2×6, the new standard… Except perhaps in the case of the Maxsun iCraft, which retains two 8-pin PCIe, but that’s a UFO.

As you can see, more or less all the brand’s ranges are now equipped with the famous 12VHPWR connector, even the less high-end series. We’re thinking in particular of the HEXA range, which comes with a little 80 Bronze certification. However, even if these power supplies benefit from the famous connector, you’ll have to aim for a certain power. Here, we’re talking about a minimum of 700W for the Hydro Pro.
