Teamgroup is the first brand to unveil a DDR5 kit with a frequency exceeding 7000 MT/s. The company has just announced the upcoming arrival of the DDR5 T-Force Delta RGB 7200 MT/s kit. This kit will be equipped with the new Hynix A-Die memory chips which has a better overclocking potential than the Hynix M-Die.
This new memory kit will be the ideal companion for 13th generation processors and motherboards built around the Z790 chipset, and it may well have plenty more under its belt, as we are talking about frequencies of up to 8000 MT/s in aircooling . Teamgroup is expected to expand its range by offering versions with 6800 MT/s and 7000 MT/s. As a reminder, the last kit we tested was the excellent Delta RGB 6600 MT/s CL34.
This new kit is composed of two 16 GB strips, a frequency of 7200 MT/s and timings of 34-42-42-84 for a voltage of 1.40 volt. It still has an aluminum heatsink that allows it to evacuate heat efficiently even when we continue to overclock the memory chips. You will soon have the chance to discover this new T-FORCE Delta RGB 7200 MT/s kit in test here with new records in terms of frequency.
