The beginning of the year 2024 is certainly a busy time for graphics card launches, as today marks the end of the NDA for the AMD RX 7600 XT 16GB cards announced at CES 2024. As there will be no reference model, we received a copy of the ASUS TUF Gaming RX 7600 XT 16GB graphics card for this test.
As a reminder, in May 2023 we tested the RX 7600 8GB, designed for 1080p definition and with an MSRP of $269 (299 euros in Europe). As for the RX 7600 XT 16GB model, AMD has announced an MSRP of $329, which translates into 364.90 euros in Europe.
In our previous tests, we saw that the performance of NVIDIA’s RTX 4060 was neck-and-neck with that of the RX 7600. NVIDIA has decided to offer a 16GB version of its RTX 4060 Ti, and AMD is following suit with a 16GB RX 7600 XT.
