Arc Graphics driver 101.4257, specifically for ‘Crime Boss’

Intel, decidedly very active in terms of its graphics drivers, has published a new version. The brand offers us its Arc GPU Graphics Driver which is now version 101.4257. This version brings support for the Crime Boss title without any real new patches.

Apart from that.. zero patches, nothing, nada. We find the same list of known issues here:

  • Arc Graphics :
    • Possible crash on Fligh Simulator 2020 (DX11) in game.
    • Possible colour corruption on Sea of Thieves (DX11).
    • System may crash on wakeup, plan a forced reboot to fix.
    • GPU acceleration may not be available for video playback or encoding on some versions of Adobe Premiere Pro.
    • Black Magic Da Vinci Resolve may display colour corruption with Optical Flow.
  • Core iGPU :
    • Possible crashes on Total War: Warhammer III (DX11) when loading battle scenarios.
    • Call of Duty Warzone 2. 0 (DX12) may crash with some light sources like fire.
    • Conqueror’s Blade (DX12) may crash during game launch.
    • Instabilities may be encountered on A Plague Tale: Requiem (DX12).
    • Battlefield 2042 (DX12) may display colour corruptions on the game menu.
    • Crime Boss (DX12) may display texture flickering when the EXSS is activated.
  • Arc Control :
    • Windows UAC (User Account Control) is required to install and run Arc Control.
    • The live monitoring page may not enforce removal of some tiles.
    • The Resizable Bar status may show incorrect values on systems with multiple Intel GPUs.
    • Using Arc Control Studio to capture certain games may incorrectly generate multiple video files.
