Ouch, a little indiscretion from Zotac, which is leaking some information about its future series of graphics cards. On the face of it, there’s nothing really new here, but the information provided does confirm a few things. In particular, the number of cards to be launched, VRAM capacity and the type of memory used by certain RTX 50s. Of course, this information has since been withdrawn from the site!
RTX 50: Zotac needs to call a plumber!

Spotted by Videocardz, the brand’s website displayed, for a while, five next-generation graphics cards from NVIDIA. Among them were the two RTX 5090s with the D version exclusive to China. These were complemented by an RTX 5080 and the RTX 5070 Ti (recently mentioned) and RTX 5070. So this seems consistent with rumours that the high-end cards will be launched first. Although, not quite for the RTX 5070.
Another thing to bear in mind is that the brand’s website listed various categories, including memory type. So GDDR7 was indeed listed on the brand’s site. Although we strongly suspected that these cards would use this type of memory, we now have confirmation.
Secondly, by ticking ‘GDDR7 ‘, an option for 32GB of memory was available. Among the manufacturer’s cards, it’s clear which model we’re talking about. So we can reasonably expect the RTX 5090(D) to have 32 GB of GDDR7 memory.
Next, Wccftech tell us about the memory capacities of the future RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti. Clearly, these two entry-level and mid-range models will also benefit from GDDR7 VRAM. As for capacity, the Ti model is said to have 16 GB, compared with just 8 GB for the non-Ti. The non-Ti therefore retains the same capacity as the RTX 4060, so there’s no improvement there. Note that Intel’s Arc B570 and Arc B580 have been upgraded to 10 and 12 GB respectively.
