Cooler Master took the opportunity of CES to announce new power supplies. Among them, we find the V SFX Gold and Platinum. These new power supplies are ATX 3.0 compliant and have a 12VHPWR connector!
V SFX: Cooler Master’s compact ATX 3.0 compliant power supplies!
We start with the V SFX Gold which are two in number. Indeed, the brand offers blocks of 750W and 850W of power. These last ones propose, as their name indicates it, a 80+ Gold certification as well as a completely modular management of their cables. Speaking of cables, we should not forget to mention the appearance of a 12VHPWR connector. ATX 3.0 compliance is also part of the package and will support power peaks of 200%.
Next to that, Cooler Master announced another power supply, just as compact with a Platinum model with 1100W of power. If the power soars, the certification is also improved. Here we have 80+ Platinum which guarantees a better performance. Similarly, the block also gains ATX 3.0 compliance, as well as a 12VHPWR connector. Finally, this model is based on a full bridge LLC design and a DC-to-DC voltage conversion.
However, we do not know the selling price.
