The Lenovo brand, which specialises in reassembled laptops and PCs , is unveiling new graphics cards. However, unlike brands such as Acer, these graphics cards are not intended for retail sale, no! It may seem paradoxical, but Lenovo is announcing graphics cards that will fit inside their pre-assembled PCs. This time it’s the RTX 5090D and RTX 5080, four slots thick.
Lenovo offers RTX 5080 and RTX 5090D!
As usual, the brand is offering us large, square graphics cards. These cards benefit from a customised cooling system based on three fans. However, this set-up is particularly thick, as the cards will use more than three slots in a PC case. What’s more, the brand is inspired by the codes of components on the market by integrating RGB edging on the edge and on the backplate opening.
Despite this, space is not likely to be a problem for many people, as these cards are intended for the brand’s pre-assembled PCs . In this case, they are intended for the company’s 9000K machines, Core Ultra 200-based configurations. Naturally, these machines will offer several configurations with varying CPU, RAM and graphics card. We have learned, for example, that the mid-range offering will be equipped with an RTX 5070 Ti.
The brand’s first visuals show a case with an aRGB lighting system. Internally, we can also see all-in-one watercooling for the CPU.
As for the retail price, VideoCardz tells us that it will cost around $3,100 with an RTX 5080 paired with a Core Ultra 7 265K. In contrast, you’ll have to shell out a cool $5820 for the RTX 5090D-based configuration with a Core Ultra 9 285K and 32GB of RAM.
