PCIe Gen4 Quad M.2 Riser: an AIC from Sparkle!

Sparkle PCIe Gen4 Quad M.2 RiserAs you can see, Sparkle offers us a classic card using a PCIe x16 4.0 interface. It is available in single slot format, with a full-height PCB. While the casing reveals two fans, one 50 mm, the other 60 mm, what interests us is the interior.

Inside, you’ll find four M.2 slots compatible with SSDs 2242, 2260, 2280 and 22110, each with a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface for full SSD utilization. SSDs can also be configured as RAID 0, 1 or 10, and are compatible with Intel VROC or AMD RAIDXpert2.

Finally, there are temperature sensors to ensure that the storage units don’t overheat. As for cooling, two fans keep everything cool.

As for prices, they hover around $105.
