Fury Renegade Pro: Kingston launches DDR5 server memory kits

After G.Skill and its Zeta R5 kits, it is now Kingston’s turn to offer its FURY Renegade Pro memory. In this case we have kits for the new xeon platform from Intel, with particular attention to integrated XMP 3.0 memory profiles.

FURY Renegade Pro: overclockable server memory!

Kingston FURY Renegade ProWith these new kits, Kingston offers us server and workstation oriented memory. The memory is registered ECC, including automatic data correction functionality in the event of corruption. But that’s not all, as it’s also overclockable to match the latest Intel Xeon platform.

In terms of capacity, the RAM is sold individually as 16GB or 32GB DIMMs. Alternatively, kits of 4 or 8 modules are available for capacities ranging from 128GB to 256GB.

For frequencies, we have a choice between memory clocked at 4800 MT/s, 5600 MT/s and 6000 MT/s. Not all capacities are available depending on the frequency. For example, at 6000 MT/s, we will have to make do with 128 GB kits on 8 DIMMs, whereas with the 256 GB set, the maximum frequency will be 5600 MT/s. For CAS latency, CL32 or CL36 are available depending on the frequency and capacity. As for the voltages, they are 1.1V, 1.25V or 1.35V depending on the set.
