Usually, AIOs cool either the CPU or the GPU. However, Thermaltake offers us a series of kits that are quite particular. Indeed, the brand, with its Floe RC Ultra Series, offers us something to cool both the CPU and the RAM. All this, with LCD screens on the memory and processor part!
Floe RC Ultra Series: two waterblocks, two screens!
With this series, Thermaltake actually announces two all-in-one watercooling kits. Thus, we find a first model with a 240 mm radiator and a second with a 360 mm radiator.
On the other hand, the particularity of this series is to propose an additional loop made of a block allowing the cooling of the memory. Moreover, the brand does not leave it aside since it has, like the CPU, an LCD screen. The latter can be used to display information about the RAM, such as its temperature or usage.
However, the limitations of the system concern the support of memory modules since the Floe RC Ultra is only compatible with the brand’s ToughRAM RC memory. Yes, this makes it a brand exclusive solution.
As for the rest, we will briefly mention the fans which are Toughfan 120 mm. Powered by PWM, they will run from 500 RPM to 2500 RPM generating an air flow 72.69 CFM and a static pressure of 3.78 mmH2O.
The prices, inevitably, they are not given since we are at more than $400 for the two kits. The less expensive of the two, the 240 mm is $419.99 against $449.99 for the 360 mm. With such prices, no doubt that these kits will struggle to find their audience, especially considering the exclusive compatibility linked to Thermaltake RC memory modules!
