Corsair’s product-rich catalog includes top-of-the-range RAM. The latter is presented in the form of Dominator Titanium kits that can be customized. There are two ways of doing this, either via 3D printing, or via official top parts!

As we can see, Corsair’s Titanium kits can be customized. This is already possible by replacing the upper RGB part with a fin bar. However, the company is showing its willingness to go further by presenting new designs as seen above.
In the case shown, it’s hard to say whether this is an official or 3D-printed bar. However, from the looks of it, it would appear that we’re dealing with aluminum.
In any case, with 3D printing, you’ll be able to create the designs that suit you best. The only requirement is a 3D printer and 3D files.
As for official top bars, there’s more to come. In fact, we can expect Corsair to present new ones at CES.
