ASUS RTX 4070 Turbo

Blower cards have been in the news a lot recently, with the redesign of the RTX 4090 and RTX 3090 in China. This time, however, we’re talking about an official ASUS card with this type of cooling. What’s more, the card is listed on the brand’s global site.

In short, with this model, ASUS offers us a card with a reasonable footprint. The card will occupy two expansion slots in a case, while its length remains under 27 cm.

As for the rest, it’s a well-known heatsink featuring a radial mill. It extracts hot air from the case via the front of the board. Naturally, the air propelled by the fan passes through a network of aluminum fins.

In any case, with this cooling system ASUS has not applied factory overclocking. The card therefore operates at its original 2475 MHz, while VRAM runs at 21 Gbps.

Finally, connectivity features three DisplayPort 1.4a ports, while HDMI 2.1a closes the deal. Finally, power is supplied via a single 8-pin PCIe connector, though this is located on the rear of the board for simplified wiring.
