Rumors of a potential RTX 4090 Ti, or even a new Titan are going around. Indeed, pictures of a new imposing NVIDIA card are showing up. This time, it is simply a shot of the card’s bracket, a quad slot model!
Towards an RTX 4090 Ti or Titan in quad slot?
On the menu, we find good big hairy rumors as we like them. As we can see, a new model of graphics card from NVIDIA is leaked… Well, a picture of its PCIe bracket and its onboard connectivity.
From what we can see, this model is very imposing with its quad slot format. Moreover, the layout of the connectivity is original to say the least since the three HDMI ports and the single DisplayPort are placed on top of each other. It remains to be seen how it is organized in there. Nevertheless, the heatsink looks very similar to the one that was leaked some time ago. So it’s not impossible to find a PCB taking place vertically!
Moreover, we put it there, but it is not impossible that it is a Titan considering the color of the fairing. Very often, NVIDIA reserves the gold color for this series of boards!
Beside that, we would be dealing with a very large chip whose configuration would be quite similar to the RTX 6000 Ada Generation. This model would have a GPU AD102-450 containing 18176 cuda core. The chip would also be supported by a total of 48 GB of GDDR6X memory running at 24 Gbps. Finally, the maximum power consumption limit would be 800W, to be compared to the 600W of the current non-Ti RTX 4090. This implies that we could have two 12VHPWR connectors to power such a model.
