AMD’s RX 7700 XT and RX 7800 XT were recently made official, and the brand’s partners are gradually unveiling their customized models. Among them are Asus, Gigabyte and Yeston. Let’s take a look!

AMD’s RX 7700 XT and RX 7800 XT!

AMD RX 7700 XT - RX 7800 XT MBAAmong AMD’s boards, we find the MBA versions. These are the “reference cards”, occupying just over two slots in a case. They also benefit from a dual-fan cooling system that limits their length. When you say MBA card, you also say original frequency:

  • 7700 XT: Boost to 2171 MHz – 18 Gbps memory
  • 7800 XT: Boost to 2430 MHz – 19.6 Gbps memory

Asus cards :

As far as Asus is concerned, there are three cards to choose from: TUF Gaming and TUF Gaming OC White. But this white version will only concern the RX 7800 XT. Frequencies are not yet known. All we know is that the memory will run at reference frequencies.

Apart from that, these are imposing models, occupying 3 slots in a PC case, all for a length of 319.8 mm. They will also require two 8-pin PCIe to operate.

The PowerColor cards!

PowerColor’s offer is already more complete, with three series of cards. The program includes the Red Devil, Hellhound and Fighter ranges. Only the small 7700 XT will be available in a Fighter version, while the 7800 XT will be available in a Red Devil OC Limited.

Once again, there are no known frequencies apart from the memory, which runs at AMD’s official rates.

In any case, all three boards feature three fans and occupy just over three slots in a case. As for dimensions, the Fighter is the most compact: 29 cm long, compared with 32.2 cm for the Hellound series and 33.2 cm for the Red Devil range.

The Red Devil OC Limited is distinguished by a comprehensive bundle featuring a branded sticker or magnet. It’s completed by an alternative backplate, a graphics card holder as well as cards describing the card in detail and a second inviting you to share your config.

Gigabyte :

Gigabyte RX 7700 XT - RX 7800 XT Gaming OC

From Gigabyte, once again we find two cards sharing the same heatsink. The latter features a footprint of just over two slots, three fans and a length of 30.2 cm.

As ever, frequencies are unknown, except for memory, where there’s no change from the reference RX 7700 XT and RX 7800 XT.

About ASRock!

Via VideoCardz, we can lay our eyes on ASRock’s range of three models: Challenger, Steel Legend and Phantom Gaming. Of the three, the Phantom Gaming series occupies the high-end segment, while the Challenger will be the most affordable. In fact, it features a heatsink equipped with two fans, compared with three for the other two series.

At present, the brand’s website doesn’t list any of its three boards, so it’s hard to know their dimensions.

Yeston:

Chinese manufacturer Yeston presents a handsome, rather imposing board. It features a rather distinctive aesthetic, with asymmetrical fairing and pastel tones including purple, white and blue. The boards are quite imposing at 330 mm long, 126 mm wide and 60 mm high. There are also three 91 mm fans. Finally, there’s a white PCB and a white bracket.

Three boards from Sapphire!

Two Sapphire models are already registered on the brand’s website. The Nitro and Pulse models are already available. Via VidéoCardz, we learn that a Pure model is also in the works. The latter, halfway between the Pulse and Nitro series, features a white fairing and a black PCB.

The Nitro model is the most imposing, with its triple-slot format and three fans. The board measures 32 cm long by 12.2 cm wide, occupying three slots in a case. It also boasts dual bios and comes with graphics card support.

The Pulse model, with its two fans, is a wiser choice. Even though its length has been shortened to 28 cm, it will still occupy more than two slots in a case, despite a width of 11.6 cm.

XFX cards:

XFX RX 7800 XT - RX 7700 XT

XFX shares some visuals for its cards, without specifying dimensions or frequencies. However, these are cards that should look good with their three-fan heatsink and silver backplate. Once again, we’ll be paying close attention to dimensions, as the RX 7700 XT Quick 319 and RX 7800 XT Merc 319 won’t be models of compactness.

And finally, Biostar!

Biostar RX 7700 XT As far as Biostar is concerned, only one model has been unveiled so far. It’s based on a two-fan heatsink with a steel-gray casing. The card appears to be rather short, occupying little more than two slots in a case. Like the brand’s other boards, this model seems to focus on the essentials.
