A goodbye video from KingPiN?

0

That’s what we could almost imagine after the release this morning of a video made by Gamers Nexus in the lab of Vince Lucido aka KingPiN. One thing is for sure, if there is a video to watch today, it is the one below.

In this video, we find Steve and Vince going through the lab where EVGA KingPiN motherboards and graphics cards have been designed and tested in the last few years. It is also an opportunity to have a retrospective of the different models. As a reminder, EVGA has stopped the production of graphics cards following a conflict with NVIDIA and we may also see the disappearance of motherboards in 2023.

This video is also an opportunity for Vince to reveal some secrets and some unpublished components. We will remember this PCB with 4 PCI-express slots more spaced out than on the X299 DARK, which allowed him to put under liquid nitrogen four graphics cards equipped with thicker buckets. This is how he was able to break many records against the competition.

What does the future hold for Vince and his KingPiN Cooling brand? One thing is certain, the adventure is not over. Vince has plans to create a channel to continue to transmit his passion and a version 2 of the Roboclocker. One thing is sure, we can’t wait to see him back in the world of overclocking!
