With its GeForce 572.60 WHQL, the Chameleon announced that it was correcting various problems linked to black screens with its RTX 50s. Instead of black screens, he’s complaining about crashes on games compatible with Multi-Frame Generation in particular. If we are to believe him, Hotfix 572.65 is causing the same problems.

The best thing to do is to try an older version of the NVIDIA driver and see if the problems persist. At the moment, users are trying to find out what is causing the problem.
