From MindFactory, we learn that the shop is re-posting graphics cards after dereferencing them. This means that the weekly sales figures compiled by TechEpiphany are back. And this week we learn that the merchant sold more RX 9070 XTs than RTX 50s combined! Quite a feat for the Reds!

AMD sells more RX 9070 XTs than RTX 50s at MindFactory!

MindfactoryLooking at the merchant’s sales figures, we can see that the RX 9070 XT is a great success. The card sold 245 units this week, more than the RTX 5080/5080/5070 Ti/5070 combined. The NVIDIA cards sold 45/85/55/30 units respectively.

Overall, AMD accounts for more than 50% of sales in the shop, with a 61.59% share and an average selling price of €663. NVIDIA, meanwhile, has a lower sales share of 36.42% despite an average selling price almost twice as high at €1,287!

However, in terms of turnover, it is always more interesting for the German retailer to sell GeForce. In fact, the Chameleon accounts for the majority of the shop’s sales: 53.17% compared with 46.32% for AMD! Which just goes to show that, despite lower sales, NVIDIA makes more money.

However, what may explain this significant gap in sales is AMD’s presence only on the mid/high end of the market. Despite this, the shop still manages to charge prices that are not yet outrageous. The most expensive RTX 5070 is priced at around €750, compared with €960 for the Ti. The RTX 5080 is €1,620 for the Suprim Liquid version, while the only RTX 5090 on display is €3,000. That’s quite a change from our Top Achat (French reseller), which doesn’t hesitate to list RTX 5070s for as little as €950, while some RTX 5070 Tis go for as much as €1250!
