As we can see, the Aero series plays the card of sobriety with a fairing more discreet than the Eagle or Gaming series. Here, we are facing a white shell, smoother and devoid of RGB… At least, at first glance. In short, this is the successor of the Vision series.

The other point we notice is that the PCB remains short. You can easily notice it by turning the board over where you can see that a good third of the backplate is open! This opening also allows to distinguish some heat pipes of the cooling system.

For comparison, the one provided with the RTX 4080 and RTX 4090 are 3x and 4x PCIe 8-pin to 12VHPWR models. This also gives us a good indication as to the power consumption of this RTX 4070 Ti which should be at most 300W, 375W if we take into account the power supplied by the motherboard connector.

Finally, let’s not forget that this 4070 Ti takes over the characteristics of the cancelled RTX 4080 12GB. This involves an AD104 GPU offering 7680 cuda core and 12GB of GDDR6X with a 192-bit bus.
