A new case is coming from the Taiwanese manufacturer Raijintek, announcing its Arcadia III. With this new model, the brand offers us a medium tower case which is designed primarily to be affordable.
Arcadia III : a new affordable case from Raijintek ?
With this model, we have a rather compact reference. Indeed, it measures 210 (W) x 410 (D) x 485 (H) mm. On the scale, the case is also light – with a weight of 5.9kg for the model with a glass panel and 4.9kg for the version with a steel panel.
The interior is rather classic with a motherboard tray above the power supply bay. Moreover, this third version of the Arcadia supports ATX, micro-ATX and mini-ITX motherboards. For the CPU coolers there is 165mm of clearance and 365mm max length for the graphics card via seven horizontal slots. On the power supply side, we can fit up to a 220mm ATX format PSU.
Storage unit support remains very basic with up to three 2.5″ and one 3.5″ slots or two 2.5″ and two 3.5″ slots. They are distributed via a two-slot HDD cage and two slots on the back of the motherboard tray.
Up to six 120mm mounts are available for ventilation. On the front, there are three fans, two on the top and two on the power supply cover. The last position is at the back. And for watercooling, if the front presents a compatibility with 360mm radiators, we will be limited to 240/280mm at the top and 120mm at the back.
All that remains is to know the price but we’re clearly expecting it to be competitive.
