Unfortunately for consumers, NVIDIA’s next-generation graphics cards are hopelessly out of stock. Whether it’s top-of-the-range models like the RTX 5090 or RTX 5080, or the latest model released yesterday: the RTX 5070 Ti. On this subject, one of the UK’s biggest retailers, Overclockers.co.uk, gives the restocking times!

Overclockers.co.uk transparent on RTX 50 restocking!

L'unboxing de la NVIDIA RTX 5090 Founders EditionVia a post on x.com, the British store tells us, in full transparency, what the expected lead times are for restocking its graphics cards. We learn that all models are out of stock, but we already knew that. However, the RTX 5070 Ti will be restocked within 2 to 6 weeks, compared with 1 to 3 weeks for the RTX 5080. Last but not least, the announced lead times for the RTX 5090 are dizzying, with an expected wait of between 2 and 14 weeks! On the one hand, this seems coherent, given that a week and a half ago, this timeframe was as long as 16 weeks…

With this, we learn that the reseller is accepting pre-orders for the RTX 5070 Ti while these are closed for the RTX 5090. At the same time, with a lead time of up to 14 weeks, it’s best not to overload the order book.

Unfortunately, as we learned earlier this morning, the future RTX 5070 and 5060 (Ti) are facing production problems. If NVIDIA maintains its launch schedule in spite of everything, it’s possible that future cards will be in the same situation. So we find ourselves in a rather strange situation, where all the Chameleon’s cards have been launched, but there’s nothing on offer. Especially since, as we said here, production of older-generation graphics cards has been halted, so we can’t even fall back on an RTX 40 to compensate.
