While the switch to RGB started for kits with 120mm fans, 140mm is another story… Well, it was another story since the brand is launching luminous versions in 280 mm and 420 mm!

This time, it’s the turn of the 280mm and 420mm kits to go RGB at Arctic. The brand offers two versions of each AIO: one RGB and the other aRGB with addressable diodes. Moreover, according to our tests aRGB fans were more successful than the classic RGB models.

In short, these kits have two and three P14 PWM RGB fans operating from 200 RPM to 1900 RPM. At full speed, it blows not too bad with an airflow of 68.9 CFM and a static pressure of 2.0 mmH2O. Note that they are mounted on a thick 38 mm aluminum radiator!

As for the pump, it’s the same as usual, a model with a small radial fan. Its purpose, in addition to cooling the CPU via its cold plate and cooling the heatsinks of the motherboard’s power supply stages. For this, the mill will run from 1000 RPM to 3000 RPM.

As for prices, the 420mm RGB is priced at €152.99 with controller versus €142.99 for the aRGB version without controller. The 280mm is priced at €99.99 regardless of the type of lighting!
