GSkill Announces 2 x 24 GB DDR5 8000 CL38 Kit

After Corsair’s announcements earlier this week, GSkill announces the upcoming availability of a DDR5 kit clocked at 8000 MT/s in 38-48-48 consisting of two 24 GB arrays, all requiring a voltage as yet unknown. This new kit will be part of the “Trident Z5 RGB” series and GSkill is setting a new record by offering for the first time 24 GB modules at 8000 MT/s.

In the screenshot below, we can see the memory kit in action with an ASUS ROG Maximus Z790 Apex motherboard as well as an Intel Core i9-13900K processor, achieving 123.76 GB/s read, 120.75 GB/s write and 118.02 GB/s copy speed in the AIDA64 memory bandwidth benchmark.

This new GSkill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 8000 CL38 2 x 24 GB memory kit is compatible with Intel XMP 3.0 profile and will be rolled out to GSkill’s global channel partners starting April 2023.
