G.Skill is now offering new memory kits to complement its Trident Z5 Neo RGB series. This time, the brand is offering kits for AMD platforms with capacities of 32 GB and 48 GB!
Trident Z5 Neo RGB: 32GB and 48GB kits for AM5 platforms!
The program includes two memory kits: 32 GB (2×16 GB) and 48 GB (2×24 GB). These operate at 6400 MT/s, with CL32-39-39 timings. We also learn that G.Skill decided to offer this kind of kit following AMD’s latest firmware update, AGESA 1.0.0.7c, which improves DDR5 compatibility on the platform. Of course, G.Skill is also announcing compatibility with AMD Expo profiles.
As for the RAM itself, we’re talking about kits equipped with heatsinks that can be quite imposing – we’re talking 44 mm high… Watch out for compatibility with any aircooling heatsinks. The memory kits also feature RGB lighting on the top of the module, which can be synchronized with the motherboard.
Finally, in its press release, the brand announces the validation of a configuration based on a Ryzen 9 7950X and a Crosshair X670E Hero. The whole system ran with a 1602 bios.
