Future RTX 5000 news: a fake?

For a few days, some media have been repeating “information” from an English youtube channel claiming to have elements about the future RTX 5000. Obviously, as usual we always call for caution on all leaks… But even more so on this one.

The “info” on the future RTX 5000

First of all and without offending the author of this video, he is not a recognized and regular speaker regarding leaks from the industry. Secondly, we simply have to agree that we are far too far away from the arrival of the RTX 5000. And above all, when we see how Nvidia has managed, year after year, to compartmentalize information, overtaking Apple, the master of the exercise until now, these rumors are perplexing.

But the major eye-catcher is the fact that RedGamingTech mentions Blackwell as the architecture that will be adopted by the GeForce RTX 5000 series. We told you about this architecture some time ago, but the information about it makes it a replacement for Hopper and not a mainstream product. As you can see, there are a lot of approximations and “ifs” in the content that has been used by several sites to write short stories about the RTX 5000.

The arrival of chiplets on the next RTX is the only credible element, but it is not really a scoop. So we don’t consider with great interest, at this moment, any information about the RTX 5000 or RDNA 4. We have to be lucid enough to say that we have here a mix of speculations, intellectual masturbation and predictions vaguely worthy of Nostradamus. In the lot, one or two elements will perhaps fall in the mile…
