Gigabyte motherboards equipped with the new generation Intel and AMD chipsets have been spotted during the certification process at the Eurasian Economic Commission. The leak is very complete, since not only are all the flagship models in Z790 and X670E, but also the consumer models B760 and B650. The first thing to notice about this plethora of cards is the omnipresence of Intel references (23 Z790 and 46 B760 motherboards). This is due to the particularity of Raptor Lake which, like its big brother, supports both DDR5 and DDR4 memory.
At AMD, we have the confirmation of the range of X670 and B650 with an E version. This list confirms that the ultimate motherboard of the brand, the new Tachyon, will use a B650E. The vast majority of these motherboards should be released in the coming days.
For the moment we have no indication on prices but the insistent rumors lead us to expect a spicy one from both AMD and Intel. We will have to see how the situation will evolve from an economic point of view to know if the customers will welcome these 2 new generations.
