After the simracing announcements at Gamescom, such as those from Corsair and its takeover of Fanatec. It’s almost time for the Sim Racing Expo in Dortmund. For this occasion, it seems that Cooler Master wants to make a splash with a press release shared with Simucube.
We already knew that Cooler Master and Simucube had joined forces, notably with the cobranded version of the now-ubiquitous Simucube 2 Pro. This wheelbase has now been the best high-end choice for years.
SimuCube Cooler Master: this connection could have other meanings
It seems that Cooler Master’s ambitions in the high-end simracing segment are considerable. By teaming up with a major player with an impeccable reputation, Cooler Master, with its highly differentiated chassis solution, could change the landscape.
For Simucube, which is often a victim of its own success with out-of-stock situations on its best-sellers, this is probably also an opportunity to gain access to Cooler Master’s worldwide distribution network.

For the Sim Racing Expo, Cooler Master will be unveiling its range of turnkey solutions. Beware, though, as prices are going to sting. You’ll have to pay between €12,900 and €30,000 for their complete range, delivered to you pre-assembled. The ad also mentions their jack system, which seems to have been made with Sigma Intégrale (surely the finest motion solution on the market). Our contact at Cooler Master told us about GSI and Heusinkveld… So we’ll be getting the very best components. These prices seem coherent with the market if we look at Vesaro in the UK and Podium1 in the US.
Clearly, Cooler Master was not expected in this segment. It’s a piece of information that tickles our curiosity, and we can’t wait to see the full technical specifications of what’s on offer.
