Towards an RTX 4060 Ti with 8GB of 128-bit VRAM

In Russia, an e-retailer unveils part of Palit’s future offering. It concerns the upcoming RTX 4060 Ti. Obviously, we should not expect a crazy amount of VRAM since the cards would remain at 8 GB of memory … At a time when recent games consume at least 9 GB in 1080p.

RTX 4060 Ti: the amount of memory seems to be confirmed!

For the move, the retailer leaks part of Palit’s catalog with Dual and StormX models. Each card seems to come in overclocked versions and a not OC from factory. Finally, we should have to deal with compact models insofar as it would be cards equipped with two fans.

Otherwise, this listing tends to confirm the memory capacity of the card which displays 8 GB of GDDR6. The same goes for the bus, which is 128 bits. In other words, this card tends to offer a VRAM configuration similar to the RTX 3050… Except for the higher speed: 18 Gbps instead of 14 Gbps for the 3050. The bandwidth then goes from 224 Gbps to 288 Gbps.

Finally, we expect the card to be equipped with an AD106-350 GPU with a total of 4352 cuda core. In terms of frequency, this model should reach 2500 MHz, normally more with the overclocked versions.

In short, it remains to be seen how much this card will be sold for, but already, on paper, we are not starting out as winners.
