The EKWB brand, specialized in the world of custom watercooling, unveils a case. The EK-Quantum Torsion A60 is oriented towards the world of watercooling, and is produced in limited series. The materials are premium, as is the price: €2500!
Torsion A60: the EKWB case at €2500!
The program features a mid-tower case capable of accommodating E-ATX motherboards. It also offers vertical mounting of the graphics card, while three medium-thick Surface P360 radiators can be integrated. Watercooling integration goes a step further, with a front-mounted distroplate with integrated D5 pump. What’s more, it’s an EK-Matrix7-compliant model, the brand’s standard for dimensions and integration to simplify the assembly of your watercooling loops.
Otherwise, we learn that the case relies on a 6082 aluminum alloy construction, while machining is carried out by CNC machines. The case also incorporates a carrying handle to make it easier to move your machine. With an empty weight of around 22kg, you’ll need at least that much.
Last but not least, cabling should be simplified, as the brand integrates a whole system of cable guides for each type of connector. The 24-pin ATX, EPS12V and GPU connectors will follow their own paths. The whole system is designed to guide sheathed cables strand by strand, with elements used to plate them.
You know the price tag: over €2,500! Production will be limited to 777 units, with two-thirds in black and the remaining third in silver!
