As expected, it’s now a reality: the RTX 3060 is making its big comeback in Europe… And as usual, Germany is leading the way, with price comparison sites listing this model starting at €333 for the Dual version from ASUS. As a reminder, NVIDIA’s goal was to offer an affordable graphics card, especially given the current state of the market and the fact that this is the 12 GB version of the card. That said, its older GPU does limit performance, but if you’re not too demanding, why not?

As a reminder, there was talk of a new launch of the RTX 3060 by NVIDIA while we await the arrival of the new 9 GB RTX 5050s. The card is therefore here to fill the gap in the entry-level segment and offer gamers an affordable alternative. This launch has already taken place in China, where it (re)appeared in stores in early June. Now it’s Europe’s turn to enjoy the card’s return, and Germany is leading the way with price comparison sites listing this GPU starting at 333 € at several retailers.
Furthermore, while €333 for a 12 GB card may seem like a good deal by 2026 standards, it’s worth noting that in 2025, this card was selling for as low as around €245.
An older-generation GPU that can be a drawback:
Of course, the card features an older GPU since this model was launched in 2021; naturally, when compared to recent chips, the card doesn’t hold up… Especially when compared to the RTX 5060 (Ti). That said, if you don’t necessarily want to play with all settings maxed out and at a frame rate of 240 FPS, this card is perfectly capable of handling 1080p gaming and less demanding titles or competitive gaming—that much is certain. Now, is it worth more than €330? That’s the real crux of the matter.
