Starfield bundled with AMD CPU!

Oops, Newegg spills the beans as to which game comes with the purchase of an AMD processor. In this case, it’s Starfield, Bethesda’s next title. It follows on from the recently completed Star Wars Jedi Survivor!

Starfield: the game is free with the purchase of a Ryzen 7000!

Via Newegg, we know that Bethesda’s game will be offered with the purchase of an AMD processor. For the moment, we don’t know the terms and conditions of this offer, but it seems to apply only to Ryzen 7000s. Too bad for Ryzen 5000s, since the configurations require a minimum of Ryzen 5 2600 and a recommended Ryzen 5 3600X.

As a reminder, the title is presented as being developed in exclusive partnership with AMD. That’s why we’ll only be seeing red technologies such as FSR 2. As we said here, we’re out of DLSS 3 and Intel XeSS. Nonetheless, we wouldn’t be surprised if the community were to contribute these technologies via their mods. That’s what modder PureDark has confirmed, at least for Early Access.

In the meantime, you can pre-order the game on Steam for €69.90. Now, let’s stay tuned to see what the brand’s next graphics card bundle will be.
