Ryzen 7 7700X and Ryzen 5 7600X: new performance hints

0

While we are very close to the official presentation of the new Ryzen 7000, new indications arrive concerning the performances of the Ryzen 7 7700X and Ryzen 5 7600X. Please note that we have to be particularly careful with these new AMD CPUs. Indeed, many sources echo BIOS problems surrounding the launch of AMD’s AM5 platform. A previous rumor mentioned a postponed launch because of these problems. It seems that we are at least 7 revisions of the AGESA 1.0.0.1 BIOS in total in recent weeks. Despite all these updates, things are not going well at the moment. So are these real problems or a strategy by AMD to hide the real performance until the last moment? It’s hard to know, but it’s important to put all the leaks about performance into perspective. Note that if the presentation of Ryzen 7000 is scheduled for a few days, several information confirm that the independent tests will arrive only around September 15 (end of the NDA). A delay that still leaves a lot of room for speculation.
