Nvidia’s N1x PC processor performance leaked?

We’ve known for some time that Nvidia was going to offer a solution for Windows PCs in the form of an ARM SoC. We even thought we’d see a first presentation at Computex 2025. However, this did not happen, and as a result, the rumors continue to circulate. For the record, Nvidia is rumored to be coming out with 2 SoCs, the N1 for notebooks and the N1x for desktops. These SoCs are said to feature the ARM instruction set, so you’ll need Windows ARM to take advantage of them (as with Microsoft’s latest Surface PCs). Today, an N1x has been spotted on Geekbench. Obviously, the figures obtained allow us to make some comparisons… But beware, this particular benchmark doesn’t really allow us to extrapolate.Nvidia Soc ARM PC This leak on Geekbench (if it’s not a fake), already allows us to specify the configuration of this N1X chip. For the moment, Nvidia has not revealed the specifications of this N1x, nor even hinted at its existence… We can assume, however, that it will probably be close to the brand’s GB10 Superchip. The chip is said to feature 10 Cortex-X925 and 10 Cortex-A725 cores, with a base frequency of 2.81, which can be increased to 4.05 GHz.

In the Geekbench evaluation of the 20-core processor, it scored 3,096 points for single-core performance and 18,837 for multi-core performance. This puts it on a par with the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, while remaining fairly close to the Core Ultra 9 285K. Compared with other ARM processors, the N1x outperforms Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X Elite by a margin of between 10% to 31%, despite having 20 cores versus 12.

Once again, these figures must be interpreted with caution. We don’t know whether they reflect the performance of the definitive version of this SoC.
