Cooler Master unveils a new PC case in mini-ITX format. Incidentally, this announcement revives the hype surrounding a well-known model: the NR200P. Indeed, the company is unveiling its NR200P V2!

NR200P V2: a max version sold empty?

Cooler Master NR200P V2For the moment, we can only rely on our source: TechpowerUp, as Cooler Master has not yet published a datasheet for its case. However, this version 2 retains all the features of the original model.

The case is designed to accommodate mini-ITX motherboards. This inevitably translates into smaller dimensions, with a total volume of 18.5l.

Internally, there’s plenty of room for components… We’re thinking in particular of the graphics card and its 356mm of free space. Likewise, it can occupy up to three slots. For cooling, we have a 240/280 mm slot at the top for a watercooling radiator.

Basically, we learn that the case has a single 120 mm fan installed at the bottom. However, this fan will blow directly onto the graphics card, which will be mounted vertically.

More generally, this V2 is very reminiscent of a stripped-down NR200P Max. As a reminder, the MAX came with an AIO and a pre-mounted power supply as standard, all for €300. Inevitably, with this V2, the selling price will drop!
