Dynatron is a company specialized in the the world of cooling… But on the professional side. The brand is announcing a new ventirad, the A49, a dual tower model, but with a single fan. Moreover, there will be no thermal paste, but a high performance pad!
A49: two towers, one fan!
With this new model, the brand offers us a heatsink capable of fitting into a 4U rack server. Also, it will be fully compatible with standard ATX cases because of its height of only 130 mm.
Despite this compact size, it has two cooling towers made of high-density aluminum fins. This assembly is also crossed by a total of six 6mm copper heat pipes. Once in place, the heat pipes will come into direct contact with the CPU. Finally, we have the right to a high density thermal pad as TIM (Thermal Interface Material) instead of the classic paste.
Ventilation is provided by a single fan measuring 103 x 103 mm and 30 mm thick. However, unlike that of the J10 this one is really wise with its operating speed of only 1800 rpm. At full speed, the air flow generated will be 35.03 CFM while the static pressure will reach 1.16 mmH2O.
Finally, the brand announces that its heatsink will be at ease on TDP reaching 170W. As far as compatibility is concerned, this model will be able to be installed on AM4/AM5 sockets !
