Once again, in the run-up to Computex, Fractal Design is unveiling new products for the PC world. These include a new line of cases featuring the Meshify 3 and Momentum fans. Of course, the whole range is available in several colours, with and without aRGB lighting!
Fractal Design: case and new fans unveiled for Computex!
The Meshify 3 :
Fractal Design’s Meshify series is a series of enclosures with an airflow-oriented mesh front panel. It also has an angular design that breaks up the monotony of a smooth front panel.
Two versions of the case will be offered, with a standard model. The latter offers limited capacity, particularly when it comes to watercooling, with a 280 mm radiator support at the top compared with 360 mm at the front. For the graphics card, there is talk of 349 mm of free space.
However, you can always opt for the XL version, which offers more space. This has a 420 mm radiator support at the top and 360 mm at the front or on the side of the motherboard. As for the graphics card, the free space increases to 512 mm in length.
Finally, these cases come with three Momentum 140 fans on the front as standard.
Momentum fans :
We don’t yet know much about the fans. However, we can already distinguish between 120 and 140 mm formats. These windmills also benefit from silent blocks in the four corners of the frame. White and black versions are available, with RGB and non-RGB versions. In all cases, the choice of quality materials is impressive, with LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) blades.
From what we can see of the technical data sheets, the unit offers an interesting airflow and a fairly substantial static pressure.
