Lancool 205 Mesh: an ultra-light upgrade from Lian Li!

0

Lian Li is making a very big (that’s wrong) update to its Lancool Mesh 205 case. At the time of its introduction on the market, the case was devoid of a USB type C connector. The Asian brand corrects this mistake by adding a connector to the 3.2 standard.

Lancool 205 Mesh: small addition of a USB 3.2 type C!

Lancool 205 MeshIn itself, the case does not benefit from any particular change since the dimensions (205 (W) x 485 (D) x 415 (H) mm) remain the same. The same goes for the weight, which is 7.15 kg. In this compact mid-tower case, we can install a motherboard in ATX, micro-ATX and mini-ITX format. We also have seven expansion slots with 350 mm of space for the graphics card. For the CPU cooler, the free space is 160 mm against 165 mm for the power supply. The storage part remains basic: two 2.5″/3.5″ slots + two 2.5″ slots. The case comes with three pre-installed aRGB fans: two 140 mm on the front and one 120 mm on the back. They can be completed by adding two 120 mm mills at the top. Of course, for water cooling, we are limited to 280 mm radiators, like on a NZXT H510 for example. Finally, the only new feature is the control panel which gains a USB type C to the 3.2 standard. Originally, this case came with two USB 3.0, the power button and the headphone and microphone jacks. Up to now, this model has been available at 99,90 € at Caseking.de. It’s up to you if this addition does not increase the price.

This way to the Lian Li datasheet!
