KryoSheet: Thermal Grizzly adapts its pad for the RTX 5090

Thermal Grizzly has announced a new product… Well, a new version of its KryoSheet to be precise. The company has adapted its graphene thermal pad to cool the RTX 5090, covering the entire GPU of the card in question!

KryoSheet: Thermal Grizzly takes on the GB202 of the RTX 5090!

Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet RTX 5090Thermal Grizzly is simply adapting the dimensions of its original pad to the dimensions of the RTX 5090’s GPU, with this new iteration measuring 44×37 mm to fully cover the card’s chip. In this way, the entire surface of the GPU is covered and even a little more. On closer inspection, the pad falls slightly over the edges of the GPU.

Of course, there are a few precautions to be taken with this product. On the one hand, it’s a graphene pad, so it’s conductive. Before applying it, you need to make sure that the components surrounding the GPU are well protected. To do this, we use Kapton adhesive, the famous yellow ‘scotch tape’ seen in the images above. We can then apply our pad without any risk of burning anything due to a short-circuit.

With this pad, you can enjoy a virtually inexhaustible product. The brand emphasises the longevity of its pad, since it won’t dry out over time, unlike conventional thermal paste. What’s more, it won’t be subject to the ‘ pump out ‘ effect that causes the paste to go awry over the course of heating/cooling cycles.

In short, the brand is fairly well distributed in our country (France), so we shouldn’t have too much trouble getting hold of it – you’ll find it at Top Achat in particular. Otherwise, the official price is €22.90.
