The Chinese brand Jonsbo, specialized in cases and cooling systems, presents two new cases. With the C6 and N2, the brand is showcasing compact references whose end use will not be the same!
The C6, a “classic” ITX case:
The C6 is a case designed to accommodate a classic configuration for gamers or not. The case’s compact dimensions are 202 (W) x 266 (D) x 295.2 (H) mm. Internally, you’ll need to pay close attention to the dimensions of the components, especially the CPU cooling (≤ 75 mm high). Indeed, the power supply unit (ATX) is positioned above the motherboard. As for the graphics card, its length should not exceed a maximum of 255 mm.
The number of fans is limited to a maximum of three: 1x 120/140 mm at the top and bottom. On the front, there’s a 120 mm slot that can be swapped for a 3.5″ hard disk. As you can see, there’s no compatibility with watercooling radiators.
The N2 for NAS!
The N2 has similar dimensions to the C6, at 222.5 (W) x 222.5 (D) x 224 (H) mm. The motherboard format is still limited toITX, while the CPU cooling unit should not exceed 65 mm in height. Finally, the graphics card is 19.7 cm long, all in low-profile format. In other words, a small A380 Low Profile from ASRock won’t have any trouble fitting inside.
Nevertheless, this case is distinguished by its large number of storage slots. Under the motherboard tray, for example, there are five 3.5″ hot-swap storage slots, as opposed to one small 2.5″. Also under the motherboard is a power supply slot in SFX format (≤15cm).
When it comes to cooling, you’ll have to deal with a 120mm slim-format fan (15mm thick).
Pricing:
For the moment, we can’t find these cases on sale in France. However, you can get an idea of their price by visiting Caseking.de. The German store offers the C6 in black or white for €44.90.
The N2 will be much more expensive, costing €139.90 in both black and white. Here, we imagine that the hot-swap system raises the bill.
